Our subscription service allows you to pay a monthly fee for website and branding design services. You will be paired up with a designer upon subscription and they will communicate directly with you via Notion to develop the initial design vision. They will then begin designing and give you regular progress updates. At any time during the process you are free to make design requests via the Notion project and your designer will work on them one-at-a-time. For our one-time pricing option, the development process is the same, but once your website is finalized and locked, we then hand it off to you.
Yes, you can cancel the subscription service at any time. If you feel you may need design services in the future, you can also pause your subscription and resume it at any time.
Yes, we can host and manage your website for a monthly hosting fee of $100. This ensures that your website is secure, updated, and running smoothly.
The timeline for each project varies depending on its complexity. We will provide you with an estimated timeframe during the initial consultation. Because we offer unlimited design requests, some people abuse this privilege and expect our designers to be superhuman. They will work hard to get your designs done quickly, but they need to maintain a high quality of workmanship as well. This is why we don't make a lot of time-table promises. We want to set your expectations properly so that you are not disappointed and our designers can feel free to deliver the best possible product to you in the end.
For our subscription service, you can request design changes and adjustments. For the one-time payment custom website build, we offer a revision period after the initial delivery to accommodate any necessary changes, but once it is finalized and locked, you would have to pay a monthly subscription for us to make changes afterward.
